In March 2025, T.E.M.A. Srl installed an advanced software system for monitoring and managing energy consumption. 
This innovative solution allows us to detect, monitor, and reduce daily energy usage in a precise and targeted way for each individual product manufactured within our company.

Every evening, the software automatically sends an email to management with a summary of the day’s total energy consumption, broken down by individual machine. All collected data is then stored and archived together with the corresponding job order information, ensuring even more accurate and integrated data management.

The implementation of this system marks a significant step forward in our ongoing commitment to energy efficiency and sustainability.
Thanks to this technology, we can analyze energy usage in real time across every stage of production and identify areas for optimization, reducing waste and improving overall efficiency.
