T.E.M.A. is an important Italian manufacturer, specialized in high-precision machining.  Our company produces small metal parts from bars of material in diameters of ≥ 65 mm, making an expert use of sliding-headstock and fixed headstock CNC Swiss Type Automatic Lathes.  
 
T.E.M.A. Applied Mechanical and Electronics Technology’s work is based on lathes with rotating tools and controlled spindles (C axis), able to complete each production in a single operation, thus ensuring both precision and cost-effectiveness.

All production in TEMA is managed and controlled by the most precise and advanced computerized measuring systems. We deploy the most advanced machinery available to enable us to fulfill every requirement, from the simplest to the most complex, in a timely fashion. Every part produced is released, complete with the measurements taken throughout the whole production process, based on the client’s specifications.  Certification of materials, thermal treatments and surface treatments are also included.

To complete this path, our firm has obtained the UNI EN ISO 9001: 2008 and UNI EN ISO 13485: 2012 certifications (medical standards).
